This program is for all who identify as women, including cisgender women, transgender women, and gender-diverse individuals who identify with womanhood. We respectfully ask that men, including trans men, do not apply.

We're so glad you are here. You've worked hard this year, learned a lot, and grown in ways that may surprise you. Perhaps, you're sensing the need for a year-end reset. A pause and an opportunity to reflect and realign.
We do this year-end reset every year, and this year, we've opening up to you by creating Your Year, By Design. This online sprint is designed by women for women.
We're Krista and Rowena —- entrepreneurs, authors, and communication specialists who help women play bigger. We know what it takes to turn ideas into action —- and how powerful clear communication and intentional design can be.
Across two focused, energising sessions, we'll guide you through reflection, brainstorming, and planning. You'll combine the tools of entrepreneurship, storytelling, visibility and purposeful communication so you can design your next chapter and bring your vision to life.
